Edward Rahill
Author, CEO/CFO, and Racing Champion
Ed Rahill set the record for the fastest time in a documented, organized competitive North American road race from Boston to San Diego.
Barreling down the backroads of Western New York driving his Grandmother’s GT, listening to Springsteen and Ken Miles’ historic Le Mans drive on the radio while working in the garage…Ed’s love of endurance road racing was born.
Ed went to Notre Dame and built a career in the energy business. Most notably as CFO of ITC Holdings, then Founder and CEO of GridLiance (a Blackstone Company), which sold in 2021.
One Mile at a Time chronicles the lessons from Ed’s grandmother and childhood, loves lost and found, and from his career, which cultivated the fortitude and unique perspective that shaped both his business success and racing achievements.
Still today, Ed holds the record.
Ed grew up around cars. His grandmother was the first woman to own and operate a Ford dealership.
